With an advanced degree in Interior Design from the Inchbald School of Design (University of Wales) and an undergraduate degree from Baylor University, Brit Chepak, founder of New Wave Interior Design, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project. Britt has had the privilege of working with some of the top design firms in London, including Kelly Hoppen Interiors, where she honed her craft and developed a keen eye for detail and design.

Now based in beautiful Sarasota, a city she has long considered her 'home away from home,' our founder is excited to bring her extensive experience to this vibrant community. Her personal philosophy — to make the selling process easier and more profitable — has allowed all of her clients to unlock the maximum potential from their listings, helping them achieve quicker, more lucrative sales.
